Proformer BP7222 - 6' X 22 Gauge Box & Pan Brake - Picture shows Optional Counter Weights

Fingers Included: 1 Each 24", 1 Each 12", 6 Each 4", 2 Each 3", 3 Each 2", plus a one piece 72" full length finger so you can use it like a straight brake.  Note: Custom finger assortments and full-length fingers are available as options for all finger brakes. 

Built to last and to be reliable in the real world: Clamp Cams, Vertical Guide Assemblies, Entire Clamp Assembly, Finger Sets, Apron Bushings and the Apron Leaf are all replaceable.

Features:

• Each Finger on U and BP models are individually adjustable for leading edge alignment, greatly increasing useful life of set.
• Minimum Reverse Bend for all models is 1/2".  (*1/4" Minimum Reverser Bend can be ordered from the options below.)
• Beam Adjustment (Maximum Clamp Set Back) for all models is 1"  (*Additional set back may be ordered.)
• Heavy Truss Rods, bars or plates under table, on & behind clamp, and under apron are adjustable so you can maintain true centers.
• S & L Models have openings at clamp ends allowing you to form 3 sides of a pan to depth shown under "Depth of Box or Pan". 
• Ask about the true "through opening" heights.  This is different than lift of beam and can be very important.  (Our lift of beam = through opening.  Many other brands do not.)
• BP & U Models Finger Widths - Depending upon the model: One or Two 2", two or three 3", and the rest 4".  Or, YOU MAY SPECIFY the widths and mix.  A spare 4" finger is included with all U models and is Optional on BP Models.  Use it to cut a slot at an odd width, like 3/4" or 1-3/8".  Additional spares and complete sets are so inexpensive you may want several for experimenting.
• Special 4" Cut Back Finger - For bending up to 4" of 3/16" mild steel without adjusting set back or clamping pressure is included with all U Models and is optional for 16 Gauge BP models.
• BP7222 will form 20 gauge mild steel to a 90° angle and will hem 22 gauge. 
• Three-Year material and workmanship warranty.

Options:

• Hydraulic Assist for L, U & C Models - The way to form 8' or 10' of 16 gauge or any length heavier gauge up to 10' of 12 gauge mild steel.  $3,500.00 Includes foot switch that can be used from either end of the brake (or deduct $100.00 for frame mounted switch).  You can adjust the speed so that you will achieve a 90° bend in about 8-15 seconds.
• Down Flange - Now you can form down flange shapes including transverse duct by creating openings in apron fingers and table blocks.  Add to the price of any model: 3' & 4' $1,500.00, 5' & 6' $1,900.00, 8' $2,400.00 and 10' $2,700.00.
• Rear Operated Manual Back Gauge - Usable depth of 48", you can bend sheet metal at the same depth time and time again.  Call if you need a depth of more than 48".  Add to price of any model: 3' & 4' $350.00, 5' & 6' $410.00, 8' & 10' $480.00
• Bolt-On Radius Bar 1/16" to 1/2" Radius - 3' &4' $95.00, 5' & 6' $137.00, 8' & 10' $231.00.  Many more radius sizes are available - Call for Quote.  NOTE: Using a Bolt-On Radius Bar requires a Bolt-On Apron Angle if the radius is greater than 1/4" (1/2" Diameter).  See Bolt-On Apron Angle below for availability.  *Bolt-On Radius Bars might not work above 20 gauge mild steel or .050" aluminum.
• Magnetic Radius Bar - Can be used at full rated capacity of the brake and hold themselves on without bolting.  They are also suitable for cutting up into segments for use with finger brakes.  3' $315.00, 4' $368.00, 5' $424.00, 6' $473.00. 8' $578.00 and 10' $683.00

• 1/4" Minimum Reverse Bend Apron - If desired, may be ordered and will cost no more on L & U 8' & 10' X 16 Gauge Models.  It is an extra cost on all others: up to 4' $150.00, 5' & 6' $185.00, 8' $245.00, 10' $300.00.  This modification includes machining of the apron to allow 1/4" minimum reverse bends, and a bolt-on insert to build the apron back out to 1/2".  NOTES: The rated capacity of all brakes assumes using all provided inserts and apron angles.  When a brake is used without bolt-on insert, capacity is reduced to 24 gauge.
• Bolt-On Apron Angle - Included on all models except 3' to 6' X 20 Gauge.  For $11.00 per foot you can add a bolt-on apron angle to your 3' to 6' X 20 Gauge Brake.  It will increase the full-length capacity to 18 gauge.  This option will be needed if using a bolt-on radius bar larger than 1/2" diameter on 3' to 6' X 20 gauge models.  All other models already include a bolt-on apron angle.
• Counter Weights - Included on all 16 Gauge, 14 Gauge & 12 Gauge Models and Optional an all others: for 3' &4' X 20 Gauge or 18 Gauge Brakes and 6' X 22 Gauge $50.00 Each, 5' & 6' X 20 Gauge or 18 Gauge $80.00 Each, for 14 Gauge and heavier, Please Call.
