The apron swing outside the radius and rolls to minimize stress and scraping on your material. Great for radii from 1/2" or smaller to 3" & larger (Reminder: Radius = one half the diameter).

Mild Steel Capacities:

• 6' model using 1/2" radius: 72" 16 Gauge, 48" 14 Gauge, 24" 12 Gauge, 4" 1/4" mild steel. 
• 8' model using 1/2" radius: 96" 18 Gauge, 48" 16 Guage, 24" 14 Gauge, 4" 3/16" mild steel.
• 10' model using the 3" & 4" diamter tubes: 20 gauge full length mild steel capacity.

You get 5 radii: 4 radius Tubes + 1 radius head with the 6' and 8' models.  10' model includes 3" and 4" diameter tubes which equals 2 radii, 1-1/2" and 2".
Tubes are used for radii 1" and larger

Four Tubes are included:

• 2" tube for 1" radius
• 2 1/2" tube for 1 1/4" radius
• 3" tube for 1 1/2" radius
• 4" tube for 2" radius

The fifth radius included is on a radius head giving strength for radii 1/2" or smaller. Tube or round stock with a diameter equal to 2X the radius is welded to a head assembly. You may specify the radius (1/2" is stock). To change the radius, swap a top (radius head or tube). It takes about 5 minutes to swap and adjust. Additional Radius Head and additional radius tube sizes are available.
