Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Most items can be shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS. All Items shipped by truck must be prepaid and will be shipped FOB point of origin

COD Orders:
(Certified Check or money order) There is a COD fee charged by UPS & FedEx plus freight charges.

Prepaid Orders:
You may either use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. Personal checks may be held for 7 days, therefore a slight delay in shipping may result.

Waiver and Warranty:
Irvan-Smith will repair or replace any product manufactured by Irvan-Smith found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 90 days from the date of purchase. Irvan-Smith will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of any product we sell. RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the suitability and safety of any product for its intended use, and the use assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therein. Products from other manufacturers will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns:
No returns accepted without prior approval and RMA. Item must be in new/unused condition. A restocking fee may be charged. No returns accepted on special order items.

Refunds:
No refunds after 30 days.

Frieght Claims:
Any claims for damage or loss must be immediately noted and refused if damage is visible. Purchaser must notify Irvan-Smith, Inc. immediately in order to proceed with freight claim.
