Shipping:
Most items can be shipped UPS. All Items shipped by truck must be prepaid and will be shipped FOB point of origin

COD Orders:
(Certified Check or money order) There is a COD fee charged by UPS plus freight charges.

Prepaid Orders:
You may either use a Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Personal checks may be held for 7 days, therefore a slight delay in shipping may result.

Waiver and Warranty:
Irvan-Smith will repair or replace any product manufactured by Irvan-Smith found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 90 days from the date of purchase. Irvan-Smith will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of any product we sell. RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the suitability and safety of any product for its intended use, and the use assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therein.

Returns:
No returns accepted without prior approval. Item must be in new/unsed condition. A restocking fee will be charged. No returns accepted on special order items.

Refunds:
Absolutely no refunds after 30 days.

Frieght Claims:
Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with the carrier by the purchaser.
