Air Over Hydraulic Tubing Bender

Manufactured by Irvan-Smith Inc. Bends 3/4" through 2" O.D. Tubing (Not for EMT)

This specifically designed, fully portable tubing bender makes accurate, smooth bends without kinking , wrinkling or crushing.

One forward stroke of the ram makes a full 90° bend. (Bending action work-hardens the tubing for even greater strength and the bend) Unit will make bends in steel tubing up to .125 wall and chrome alloy (4130) up to .058 wall.

This tubing bender is air operated...develops up to 10,000 PSI and has a hydraulic overload valve. Operates at 50 to 120 PSI to provide instant controlled action and keeps its pressure until released.
